Additional Course Details

The area consist of two distinctly different parts:

a) mainly flat, semi-open, easy to run urban park with several baseball fields, one football field, tennis courts, playgrounds, etc.;

b) steep, forested, typical glacier-carved terrain with extensive trail system. Trails are mainly paved. There are plenty of cliffs and bare rocks. Generally, the vegetation is thick, difficult to run, however there are some easy to run patches.
